How to use Adblock plus effectively?

Adblock plus is a plugin for web browsers which will block annoying ads and gives a better viewing experience.In these days many sites were displaying annoying ads on their website which will slow downs the loading speed of webpage.So today we are going to see how to stop  these annoying ads using adblock plus.

steps to install adblock plus:

For chrome users:

• Go to chrome webstore and install adblock plus.
• After installation on top right corner  click on ABP.

• Then click on options as show on above image.
• On the next page under filter list check the box if you want to enable filter list[contains the list of advertisements types(popup,text,banner ads etc..) to be blocked] otherwise uncheck it.
• To add your own filter or to remove existing filter list click on Add your own filter tab.[note:to make your filter work on adblock plus you have to follow adblock plus filter syntax,otherwise it won’t work.]
• You can also block any site by adding domain name under whitelisted domains tab.

For mozilla firefox users:

• Go to mozilla addon and install adblock plus.
• Rest instructions is same as described for chrome.

For opera users:

• Go to opera extension and install adblock plus.
• Rest instruction is same as for chrome.
